1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Catly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.


2. Description of Service

Catly provides secure, temporary file hosting and sharing. Files uploaded to the platform are accessible via unique shareable links and are automatically deleted after a configured retention period.


3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All content you upload and share through the platform.
  • Ensuring you have the right to share any uploaded files.
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation.
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
Contains explicit or adult content without proper labeling.
Is intended to spam, scam, or deceive recipients.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and file removal without prior notice.

  • Expired files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • We reserve the right to remove files that violate these terms at any time.

6. Plans & Payments

  • Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed through Midtrans and auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change with 30 days notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
  • Plan features and limits are defined on the pricing page and may be updated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Catly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service.
  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
  • Remain inactive for an extended period (12+ months).

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
